I am currently researching film, artworks and literature connected to narratives of food and indulgence for a new publication project titled FEAST.
In October 2010 I produced the symposium Art School Alternatives
for Corridor8 magazine. The symposium was held at Liverpool John
Moore's University as part of Liverpool Biennial events on Thursday 7th October
2010 researching current trends in artist-led and pier learning initiatives.
Speakers included: Heath Bunting, Kate Rich, Department 21, Megan
Wakefied, Islington Mill Art Academy, Terry Smith, The Drawing Exchange,
Circa Projects, Derek Horton, Black Dogs, A Latento, No Fixed Abode,
Disrupt Dominant Frequencies and Artmarket/Kunstfreund plus a preview
screening of the new film work "Thin Air" by audio-visual artist Paul
Rooney.
